1. Services Overview

Cryotherapy Toronto provides whole-body cryotherapy services for wellness purposes. Our services are intended to support general wellness, recovery, and relaxation. We do not provide medical treatments, diagnoses, or cures for any illness or medical condition.

2. Eligibility & Health Requirements

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or accompanied by a parent/guardian)
• You have reviewed our list of contraindications and do not have any conditions that would prevent safe participation
• You have consulted with your healthcare provider if you have any medical concerns
• You will disclose all relevant health information before your session
• You are not pregnant

3. Informed Consent & Waiver

Before your first session, you will be required to complete an informed consent form and liability waiver. By signing, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the nature of cryotherapy and potential risks involved
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the treatment
• You release Cryotherapy Health and Wellness Inc. from liability for any injuries or adverse effects
• You have provided accurate and complete health information

4. Booking & Appointments

All sessions are by appointment only. When booking:

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for first-time visits
• Arriving late may result in a shortened session time
• We reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session.

6. Session Packages & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes (HST)
• Session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified
• Packages do not expire
• Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal

7. Session Guidelines

For your safety and optimal experience:

• You must wear dry undergarments or swimwear during sessions
• All jewelry, watches, and metal accessories must be removed
• Protective gear (gloves, socks, slippers) will be provided
• You must follow all instructions given by our technician
• You may exit the chamber at any time if you feel uncomfortable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryotherapy Health and Wellness Inc., its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or any other losses.

9. Disclaimer

Whole-body cryotherapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or medical condition. Individual results may vary. Statements on our website and promotional materials have not been evaluated by Health Canada or any regulatory authority. Our services are wellness services and should not replace medical treatment.
